Says it's waterproof in the spec. Cool The other thing to bear in mind with this one is that it is tiny, so ideally you would need some sort of audio connection on the bike rather than looking at the screen. Dave ;D

On the one had £99 quid is looking good, on the other I really need to be able to include multiple individual roads on the route without access to a laptop. What sort of cost would good detail maps of Europe be? Can they just be nicked from somewhere online? Is the 'waterproofness' relaible?

Mark I don't think you get separate mapping software to go on your PC. We bought the in-laws one for Christmas and it comes with the maps pre-loaded. You have to do searches, routes etc on the unit itself. Dave ;D

Ok, being a tight git ......
I wonder if you order the bike package will it still come with the car windscreen mount as well ??
I was thinking of one for Mrs Adbrus car but it would be handy to have the ram mount as well....
Correct me if I'm wrong but that looks like more than £20 worth of ram kit ??
Adbru (the miser.... saving for AutoSol......)

Adbru (the miser.... saving for AutoSol......) Maybe so Adbru, but you can buy it without the bike mount for £75. I am pretty sure the car mount comes in the box, its just a suction cup and stalk with a ball on the end. Regards Dave ;D
