Just picked mine up, knowing it had a bad vibe in the screen area at about 2500rpm, so today I removed the fairing, and dynomated everything I could, rubber and foam at contact points, its marginally better. Still not happy, I understand this is a common issue but this is annoyingly bad, any ideas please?

They're not always where you think.
Take bits off one at a time, riding round the block between each. This identifies the source, although you get some funny looks.
I had a very annoying buzz in my D6 fairing which was caused by them little plastic mesh guards in the two pointless holes in the sides of the fairing. I simply removed the silly mesh things. Solved.
But I had another buzz seeming to be somewhere in the fairing - sounded like just under the clocks - which turned out to be the little flat panel between the back of the seat and the tail light.

Bev'll be along in a minute to suggest you try a different size front master cylinder, or check all the fuses.

Also, check the headlight fittings.

Well I put rubber strips on all contact points and dynamat in and around the inside of the fairing, screen still buzzes at 2K

I thought mine had developed an annoying buzz recently, turned out to be my new key chain rattling on the top yoke.

Mine was the rubber that surrounds the clocks, buzzed like a mad'un at 2000rpm, drove my mad it did, I just forced in a little piece of rubber and its been lovely ever since
