Do you mean the oil drain bolt? If so, right underneath, just along from the allen bolt that holds the exhaust collector on.

No I've been told to check the cylinder drain. I'm still having issues with my 900 not firing on all cylinders so before I go ahead and buy replacement ht leads/coils I've been told to check the cylinder drain as it may have crap or water in it. It only happens when its been or it is raining.

I can't see why a drain should stop the bike firing properly when it's raining. Try it because it's quick and free but my money's on an ignition problem.

The problem with the drain being blocked, is that when you fill up with fuel, water then enters the tank, which builds up over time, and bikes struggle to run on water.

Yes I appreciate that but the OP's problem only occurs when it's raining. Why should a drain only cause a problem when it's raining. It should happen all the time.

I agree, and my money is on a coil as well, or carb freezing, but there is no cylinder drain bolt, and having had those symptoms in the past, which turned out to be water in the tank, then it can happen.
