Through all the work i've done to get this thing on the road, everything went fine till the rear wheel. Disc is completely unable to be removed without it costing an absolute bomb at the garage.
I'm needing a rear wheel bad and no breakers (within a reasonable distance) i can find has one. on ebay they are silly expensive and i cannot afford the £180 theyre asking, this is the point where cant afford to get the bike on the road unless i can get a wheel for something more reasonable. Any help will be massively appreciated, i'm really struggling right now!

Doesn't heat followed by an impact driver help ? Seems a bit extreme to buy a new wheel when it's just a couple of stuck screws.
Or have you already butchered it by drilling the screw heads.
There's a wheel and tyre on ebay for £100.

hah, since i moved back to scotland i lost all my equipment, no more drill bits, no more acetylene :/
I took it to a garage (rpm motorcycles in falkirk, good guy) to see if the guy could get them off but he's saying its a drill and tap job and it'll cost a bomb for him to do it due to it taking ages to do (also one of the bolts is already rounded, NOT my doing!). He did do the heat thing but the bolt snapped off so he's saying instead of me paying him 6 hours its more worth getting a replacement wheel. although his estimation of a wheel's price was more like £40, not the £140-£180 range i can find!
Plus i cannot find the one bit i need for my impact driver to get the right size allen head onto it and it's driving me daft haha

Impact driver bits must be available in halfrauds.
Your garage sounds dodgy to me. That's an hour each screw, surely they're not all stuck. You could drill, grind, redrill and tap all 6 in an hour if you use the right drill bits. As I'm sure you know.

yet another trip to halfords, oh what joy haha. i always feel as though i'm somewhat tainted by the boy racer funk whenever i go
I was thinking an hour a bolt is a bit much but thats how he said it, would take him an hour working on each one. it seems a bit long to me, believe me, i'm well aware thats an aaawfully long time. maybe he just doesn't want to do it? maybe he's just trying to get money out of me? maybe its because i'm a girl? i dunno, but even Jim Allans says it might be more worth sourcing another wheel. maybe if i find an engneer with like a cnc machine or something that could get them drilled out quick?
I'm proper screwing over it because at this point i may as well have bought a different bike entirely if i cant get a wheel for (significantly) less than £100. i bet the reason half the wheels are for sale as well is they cant get the disc off hah

Well you do generally need a significant amount of heat to ensure they come out. Though some will come out without heat.
I'd slot the damaged one if I was you then stick a chisel in and knock F**** out of it. In my experience once they move they'll come out easy enough.
Did you actually need disks ? Jr has done a fair few miles and still has the original disks

I'll give that a try once i've picked it up off him but with the bolt snapping half way out i dont hold much hope. maybe once some of the pressure is taken off the bolts the others will come easier.

Give Teejay a shout, he doesn't need a rear wheel for his, it only sits in his garage, or try M40man's junk yard rear garden, there is always lots of parts lying around

Just to wrap this up, i took it to a guy in kirkintilloch (lion autos) who got every single bolt out without a problem in under an hour, £30 and its sorted. Anyone in central Scotland that wants a garage that wont feck you around and try to run you up pricewise, I suggest going there He even did it while we waited he was so quick and confident doing it, after the battle i had beforehand i was just completely speechless! So yeah, disc is off (the old disc is also warped to hell, courtesy of the previously stuck piston) and i get the new bolts on wednesday. then just to put the new pads in, new disc on, wheel on, replace some hose clips and the fuel filter and its MOT time
