Does any one have any experiance with these in ear speaker ear plugs thinghies? do they actually work as ear plugs? and what type of quality are the speakers? any actual makes / models better than other? there seems to be more blue tooth stuff becoming available, but as I might just want to listen to me mp3, would these be cheaper option ? My old and battered RP1 unit is defo giving up, and makes more hiss than sid the snake ! even rider to pillion took the radio off quite a while ago, still hisses, arrrghh. any views/ thoughts. the sena stuff is obviously an option, but was looking at a cheaper option until the sena chaps have totally fine tuned it all

I have the in ear jobbies Roger. But they weren't cheap! They work very well as ear plugs and for music etc they are brilliant. I had mine done down in Banbury at ACS. www.hearingprotection.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=79&Itemid=189Well worth it and when you do get your hands out of your deep pockets and get a Sena then you can continue using them. I have had mine for over 4 years now and they are still as good as the day I bought them.
