Nice outfit Tigger !!
Good old national Health (or is it strictly private !!?)
I bet the 600 is a step sideways really: not as heavy as the 900,easily maneuverable and just as satisfying to ride. Wish I had had the chance to ride one first as a comparison.

Hi Tigg, I watched a programme on Discovery called "Twist the throttle" today; it was all about Suzuki and how they evolved. One comment that stuck in my mind was that Suzuki brought out a 600cc bike that some people felt would be a step backwards. It turned out to be a leap forward because it was agile and fun ! They described the bike as saying: "ok ,and what do you want me to do now...?" I somehow felt that maybe a 600 Diversion would be a really good bike to ride? I have heard they are reliable and maneuver well. I love my 900 but the 600 seems like what I ought to be riding !!

Hi Bob, thanks for your input. I had a 900 several years ago and went to Flanders ( YPRES ) and Normandy on it. A very comfortable and competent tourer I thought. I loved the bike BUT, for me it was a bit heavy when pushing it about especially on an incline and my old back couldn't handle it so I sold it on. The 600 though is light enough to push about and is very comfortable too
