Afternoon All, So I'm looking at organising a run around scenic Shropshire over the weekend of 19/20th October. The route I'm looking at at the moment is around 140 miles, starting from the Premier Inn at the Clock Tower in Telford, stopping for a short break at Ellesmere, lunch at Norbury Juction and finishing up at Ironbridge. There should be a place to get a cup of tea at Ellesmere (just need to confirm if they'll be open that late in the year) and Norbury Junction does hot and cold food. If you're after hot food, I'll need an idea of numbers so I can let them know. I don't think they want orders, but they do want numbers. I'm happy to arrange a Saturday bimble and the Clock Tower is an ideal place for an evening soiree. The Premier Inn next door is know as Telford North and there are plenty of other hotels around Telford to provide accommodation. Hope to see you all there Gary

Will have to check work schedule but as it's so close I will try to make it. So long as you don't mind a newer rider to tag along.

I tried late rooms, cheapest seems to be a days inn at junction 4 m54, £25 per night but you must book 2 nights, days inn are a bit lacking in drinking facilities though, but it might have to be that!

I'm happy to offer a pillion ride up to the Clock Tower for the Saturday night, and a taxi back to the Day's Inn shouldn't be more than a fiver. Gary
