Hi everyone iv got a 1998 diversion s it has a motad style exhaust im not sure of the make as theres no brand or markings on the can. I would like to fit an aftermarket silencer can this be done and would it just slip on ( as much as id like to i have no mechanical knowledge). Im looking at a can at the moment it has a 54mm pipe would this or could this fit.

Is it a 600 or 900 divvy?
You'll have to measure the link pipe to your current exhaust and see if it's of a similar size

I think you're going to have to take off the existing can & measure the down-pipe aperture. Though if you post a pic here, someone might recognise it & know.

Thanks for your advice guys the more help the better in my opinion  . I have a 600, i will do my best to get a pic up as i only have an iphone. |

If you are near Stafford, Xtreme Stainless at Hixon are good for bike exhausts. They are nearby but not connected with OS Stainless.
