Ordered a pair of Metzeler Sportec M3's from them on Friday, as the website was showing a competitive price. Did it by phone to make sure they had the sizes I need (120/60 and 160/60 for the daughter's SV650, after making a bit of a mess of the original tyres at Cadwell!) Didn't have them in stock but will order and get them to me a.s.a.p.
They called back on Monday - Metzeler couldn't supply as they have now been superseded by the M5, but they had found an alternative source and expected them in their depot on Tuesday. Arrived first thing this morning (Wednesday - by our old friends City Link, incidentally).
So, no complaints, will use them again if the price is right.

FWR are indeed very, very good. Jools had her rear tyre replaced by them last year before we went to Europe. The old one still had some life in it, so they were happy to post it back to us, waiting til we got back to do so It's the only place in the last 7 or 8 years I've had anyone fit a tyre to my bike. They're excellent blokes - only arse-ache is parking if you take loose wheels
