On the 7th March I ordered a set of fork oil seals and dust seals from PKN Trading on Ebay. They were delivered on the 9th March and only cost me £18.49 including postage. Because I haven't got a garage I have to do all my work out of doors and because I work shifts I finally got around to the job yesterday - over two weeks later. In the bright sunshine I set about the old divvie 600 like a man possessed. I ground to an halt when I realised (like a dope) I had ordered the 98-02 (larger) seals and wouldn't fit. I rang Pyramid Parts at Dumfries and explained what an idiot I had been and politely asked if she would exchange them for me. What came next floored me! The lady said 'Yes I'll pop them in the post for you. I asked if there was any further postage to pay and she said no as long as I paid the postage on the returned ones. To my surprise (and delight) they arrived this morning. Thanks to their excellent service I am now back on the road. It is the first time I have ever dealt with them but it definitely won't be the last. It is rare in this day and age to get quality parts at reasonable prices. To get pleasant and professional service as well is virtually unheard of. I was so chuffed when I got my bike back together I rang the lady who served me yesterday and I thanked her again for helping me out. I would happily recommend them to everyone.
