Fear not Jim. all instructions will be posted here in the week or so leading up to the run.
The Dashwood arms is at a place called Piddington, which is just outside West Wycombe (near High Wycombe) Easy enough to find from the M40.
Ade the file is a Garmin Mapsource file, ideal for those with a Garmin GPS.

You can use ITNCONV to convert differing types of map data.
I normally use it to change Autoroute .AXE files to .ITN file for my Tomtom but have just converted Fiasco's GDB file to .ITN as well.
It's free from [ftp]http://benichougps.blogspot.com [/ftp]

For those without GPS, or those with it but who are called Apricot, here is what you could have seen if you'd managed to get the waypoints file:

Nice one, thanks Martin The route waypoints for the Sunday run are Dashwood Arms Wendover Woods Winslow Toliet Stop (for Derefood ) Foxs's Diner Dashwood Arms The route back to the Dashwood from Fox's is nice and takes about 30 mins. Still leaves you close to the M40 too. Approx 100 miles 3 hours if you do the whole route Saturday run is from the Dashwood to the Ace Cafe and back (roughly 40 miles there - 60 mins and 25 miles back - 45mins) One Month to go ! Dave ;D

Winslow Toliet Stop (for Derefood )Ta David . 1 Month to go, really hope I can get the time off work. My request is currently being considered. James is OK for the weekend off, his boss is a pushover, but he only rides with me know, so depends on my gaffers. Is there a sign up sheet?, only if that XJ600s bloke is going we shall give it a miss. Mark & James xx

How can the journey from Dashwood to Ace be 40 miles with the return journey being 25 miles?
Jools, it's quite simple. We're taking a scenic route down and coming back straight up the A40/M40

Jools, You're obviously not a true biker. To be a biker you have to say the journey from A to B is n miles. If you don't do double that mileage, you've done something wrong

If you don't do double that mileage, you've done something wrong Agreed Beebs and if mileage is same on the way back as way out, you must have taken the same route, which is somewhat unadventurous ! Dave ;D

I've stuck a copy here, for those with interest & a sat nav! 3 words that don't belong in the same sentence. Sat Nav & Interest. They didn't have them when I were a lad, and we still found our way. I used to walk 55 miles for a loaf of bread y'know !! Dave :raspberry:
