Due to a family issue (My Mother) I will not be able to attend tomorrow. If this is the practice, then I hope to make the run for real.

I guess there won't be too many diversion owners heading up the a15 at that time of day! Pretty much guaranteed, although there could be a Suzuki GSX750 or Yamaha Fazer 1000 heading that way Unless a better offer comes along, I'll be at the roundabout on the A47 near Dogsthorpe recycling centre at 07:30 Things never go to plan do they! can no longer make tomorrow, hope you all have a great time, and I look forward to the first one I can make!

Hi We were going to join you tomorrow for a bimble but I cant make it now Is it ok if (hubby) john and his mate join you?. John put in a show for you, but we missed the opportunity to swap tales of Divvy 600's with you . 'Twas a grand day out. Beautiful weather, & me posing in my slinky leathers, which I know everyone appreciated . Mad twisties, good to have a hoon. Special thanks go to Trev for accommodating me last night, I had a high old time (you had to be there!) Quite a turn-out for a 'practice' . Roll on the next one, Woger's WWW . C'mon then, Trev - sort the 'actual' bimble now .

Twas indeed a great turnout for a mere "pracrtice". Toptastic route there Trev - we enjoyed our time on the 2/3 of the run that we did. Thanks Bob for hosting Kate for part of the run allowing Jane to have a bit of freedom Nice to see lots of faces that we haven't seen for too long, and a couple of unfamiliar ones too. Cheers Trev.

Brilliant day, huge thanks to Trev for organising it.
Being only the third outing on the Breva 750 for me I was nervous before setting off from home. However, the ride to the start went without (many) hitches - I really have to sort out my gears when approaching junctions and roundabouts!
Bob and I did the back marking for the first two stages (thanks again Bob for keeping me safe, offering your words of wisdom (if occasionally tongue-in-cheek) and giving Kate a good old hoon on your Crosstourer). Have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed myself, learnt loads about mine and the bike's capabilities and concentrated on "getting up to the speed limit" and negotiating the lovely twisties more smoothly.
Weather was brilliant, company fantastic as always on these runs and great to meet new friends and see some "old" friends too. Looking forward to practising my skills and getting out again soon.
Hope you all had a safe ride home.
Jane

Thanks Trev, sorry I had to leave early but I had some tasks to attend to.
Brilliant weather and roads, watching Martin on his new bike negotiating the bends was very entertaining, and Max revving the $hit out of Chele's bike was painful but fun (I think)
Great to catch up with some familiar, and not so familiar faces.

Thanks to all attendees. Wasn't bad for a practise was it ? Fantastic turnout and some sunshine and dry roads to boot. Many thanks to the backmarkers for their stirling work, Jane starting to gel with the Guzzi, Bob being Bob and Mad Max. Nice to see a couple of new faces and a late but non the less welcome show for Muddytigre, John. Saturday night knees up with Ian and Martin ended with a limp wristed type struggling to stay upright, after only three pints the softy southerner needs to take some training in holding his liqour thanks for the entertainment Martin, (you had to be there). All in all an enjoyable weekend with like minded people enjoying doing what they do best....simply enjoying themselves. Got a few pics from the second stop but they'll have to wait till I load 'em on the other pooter. Once again, thankyou all, and see you soon, Trev.

What a cracking weekend, thanks to Trev and Di for the hospitality and for the most excellent run, I explored parts of the tyres that have not been used in a while, thanks to all the back markers, though I expected Bob to whizz past in a flash all through the day, he kept us on the straight and narrow,
Great to see everyone old and new, I was surprised to see how good everyone can ride so early in the season, can't wait for the WWW, which will be the first time for me!

Well on the way to meet Trev and Martin on Saturday, my entertaining day started with a brisk run through the Lake District, I planned in following a triangular rout, taking in the A65, I had heard of the Carding shed from someone I know, and thought as it was about half way, I would stop there for some lunch, Having failed to avoid Bradford, which always annoys me, I can't think why anyone would consider living there, I managed to get to where the post code says the shed is, only it's not there, follow the road around and it's easy enough to spot, Having arrived around 1.00pm the place was pretty packed, it's a kind of classic racing car place, with only a few old motorcycles, I liked this one! The others were ok, but nothing special! Most of the displays were of old cars, this being fixed to the wall I always like to see a nice mini! And a genuine AC Cobra! Some kind of MG They were quite packed in! There was some interesting bike art hanging from the ceiling! Now what should I have to eat? The food was fairly decent, but certainly not cheap, I quite liked it!
