Speaking to Fiasco tonight, he *suggested* I step in to offer an East Yorkshire run as an alternative in place of Trev's sad news. Would anybody be interested in making the trip for the Wolds/Moors? It'll probably be a carbon copy* of a previous run due to time constraints, but seeing as it hasn't been run for a couple of years, most folk probably won't mind the same old scenery.Sunday only run, but if you want to enjoy the Beverley night life, I'm sure something can be co-ordinated. *They're not short runs btw..........it'll be 150 miles or so....

Right, a bit of info for all those concerned well wishers, thanks for the pm's/texts btw Thought long and hard about cancelling the run. My hands, 'specially the right, have been giving me serious jip this winter, long running Reynauds complaint. My bright idea of a run over to Pops and chainsawing for a week, (well, all the wood I could cut was an offer to good to refuse), after I got back put the top hat on 'em. Didn't want to wait till the very last minute to cancel, it's a bank holiday weekend, so had to give time for peeps to rearrange their plans. Really pi55ed off, but hope to get 'em mobile enough for the JR. Regards, Trev. Ps.. Speaking to Fiasco tonight, he *suggested* I step in to offer an East Yorkshire run as an alternative. . That's it, rub it in why don't you ! Fantastic offer, go on folks, you know you wanna.

Raynauds Syndrome: Several treatment and management strategies can help ease the symptoms of Raynaud's. The first line of defense is modifying your habits to help prevent symptoms. You can do this by: Not exposing your hands to cold or protecting them when you can't avoid exposure Not smokingNot wearing anything that constricts blood flow, including rings or tight socks Exercising to improve circulation Managing your stress Avoiding possible symptom triggers, including vibrationsSo biking won't help....and you are always stopping for a fag

Not wearing anything that constricts blood flow, including rings or tight socks[ Now we're getting somewhere. Once the thumb is in place in the glove, jamming five more fingers into 4 finger holes is bound to cause some constriction. Either that, or wear bigger socks on your hands.
