hey , wondering if anyone out there could tellme the size of the bleed nipple in the rear caliper of a 600 diversion sheered the old one off need to drill out and replace it cheers

Same as the front. A nipple in banjo bolt is a lot less risky than drilling out.

The problem with drilling out is there is a good chance the drill will damage the seat in the caliper body when it goes through. You CAN clean it up with the right equipment, but as CD says, a banjo bolt with a nipple is easiest.

If only one has gone out, then just leave it be and use the other one to bleed, might not be as easy or perfect but works just fine. Be sure and fit a nipple cover to keep water out.

Do it properly amorti, even if it is only the rear brake! 'Easy-out' the broken one I suggest when you have a replacement nipple. (Then put the dust cap on. ) ;D

Honestly, I broke one off it bled up perfectly, and it didn't run me any risk of screwing up the nipple seat. Worth considering.

Strip the seals out of the calliper and soak it in diesel for a week. The broken nipple should "easy out" no problem.
