Hey all, recently i have come off my motorbike, im requiring some parts but dont no the best option and i would appreciate your guys knowledge.
I need a set of handle bars due to mine being bent as hell, I wouldn't mind if someone would suggest a cheap replacement cause I'm on limited money and I need some clock bulbs I haven't a clue on the size and if someone could give me a link to eBay or something where I can buy them ill be very great-full.
I am just replacing the things that I need to get the bike back on the road. I will need more parts but when it comes to it I will lets you guys know.
Thanks Craig.

Sorry to hear about your off.
I don't think I have anything in the way of suitable bars lurking in the shed - the only ones I can think of are offroad type, which would be too high and wide so the cables and front brake hose would not be long enough.
Which brings me to a word of warning - try to find something that is close to the original shape, otherwise you may well have all sorts of unexpected problems. Not just cables and hoses, but things like the master cylinder fouling on the tank or the top yoke. I speak from recent experience, having wasted the best part of a morning trying, and failing, to fit straight bars to a Fazer.
Having said that, I should think that the bars from other similar Yamahas such as the 600 Fazer ought to be close enough to fit OK. Unless someone on here comes up with the goods, you need to start looking around your local breakers.
By the way, you might get a better response if you posted in the "Wanted" area.
Good luck - Bob

Hey Bob, I went to blackpool to pick up a set of bars from a 1994 Xj600 which is to small i dont know how tho because My Divvys is 1997. Its getting to frustrate me because i just want to get her back on the road -.- ... Can you suggest any yamaha 600's, that would be useful to use the handle bars?
Also I have checked the local breakers and they havent any divvys in atm which is also frustrating because when i got the bike, just under a year ago, there was parts everywhere and its always the same when you want something, you are never able to get your hands on it.
Thanks, Craig.

Red will never match the bike. Use black or charcoal grey.
