Hi all, bought my divvy last week and I'm having problems getting neutral. I'm only able to get neutral when I turn the engine off slightly push bike forward kick up and it'll go into neutral it won't do it with engine, theres no problems going through the gears. Any help would be great

is it a 600 or a 900?
either way, how is the gear linkage? does it need cleaning and setting up?

Welcome to the club It's a 600n. Do the simple things first. So try adjusting the clutch cable tension, using the adjuster at the handlebar end. You have a bit of further adjustment at the other end of the cable too. If the above doesn't improve the situation ..... If you don't know the recent history of the bike, treat it to an oil & oil filter change. Old contaminated oil has a marked effect on smooth gear (& neutral) selection, especially so when at a standstill. If both of the above don't improve the situation, post again to say so.

Disconnect the clutch cable at the engine end and check for play in the clutch operating spindle.
If there is any play the bearings and seals need to be replaced. Also change the thrust bearing while the clutch cover is off. Use high temperature grease as they dont get much lubrication.
Worn bearings take out the seals so water gets into the engine.
