I am going to drop the engine out of the frame of my 98 Divvy.
Anything I should be aware of. Or is it the usual jack-up, unbolt and remove?
All the ancilliary items like carbs and exhausts are out of the way.
Any tips appreciated.
TIA

Work on that rear mounting bolt first - seems most folks have trouble with that one .

To avoid heavy lifting it is sometimes easier to lay the bike on its side then undo last couple of bolts and raise frame away from bike. Also drain oil and remove filter and cable tie rear brake lever down out of way. And whatever you do don't undo the camchain guide securing bolt
