I think the NGK CR8E is the plug of choice. But I know I put the Champion equivalent in one of mine, 'cos that's what the shop had.

I bought Bosch ones from ebay - way cheaper than NGK / denso / champion, and work a treat

yes have to agree bosch plugs from the greensparkplug company on ebay. £2 per plug +£1.50 postage. Bosch dont make a rubbish anything!

Bosch dont make a rubbish anything! Our Bosch dish washer only lasted 15 years . Had to buy another (Bosch ) one.

I used Bosch twin electrode plugs in the car and will try them in the bike next time.
