Nexxus exhaust blowing

Hi all,
just noticed a small blow on the exhaust, where the downpipes join.
Strange thing is one pipe has a built in clamp, ok, the other has a tack of weld (original), looks like they forgot to seam weld it at the factory?.
can any members with the same Nexxus 4-1 system please have a look to see if theirs is seam or just has a tack of weld?

Grind it off and fit a new clamp?

my motad is same as yours... one tack weld. sound ok though.

Thanks for the reply pwgun, i will remove the exhaust amd get it tig'd over winter.
