Question , I have a twin disc jx 600 and the calipers are nearly past there sellby date so will fzr 600 calipers fit or are div' ones the only option ?

I hink the mounting bolt centres for the twin-disc D6 calipers are different from all the other common Yams, so you can't do a conversion to the FZR600/R6/R1/Thundercat etc. "blue-spots".
It ought to be possible to refurbish the old ones, unless they are really badly corroded inside. Lots of threads about that on here.

Thanx chap bu was thinking of the early 90s xup style 600 cos they are in bad shape one has a broken bleed nipple and corroded to hell

The guys put me onto banjo fittings with the bleed nipple in it from Wemoto when I sheared one of mine recently. If you search for my thread on the brake caliper saga you'll see a lot of useful info shared by forum members and it might save you a lot of time and cash...

Will keep in mind as I just won a pair on ebay from a local breakers they look good on pics for 50 quid heers hopeing butwill refurd the old ones some time just incase.
