Hi all, I have renthal bars (already on when I bought the bike) and at 70+ mph I get a lot of vibes so much my fingers tingle when I stop I was wondering if buying an aftermarket bar end weights would reduce the vibes or shall I just put up with them?
Thanks D,

It sounds like high-frequency vibration, in which case bar end weights could help, particularly if there are no weights at all at the moment.
They should bring the frequency down, though not necessarily the amplitude - it all depends on what's setting it off. But hopefully it will reduce the vibes to a more tolerable level. although there's no guarantee - it's just a matter of trial and error.

Renthals on my Fazer are wider than stock (it's why I fitted them) & any vibes will be more noticeable as a result. So fit the heaviest bar ends you can find. Problem should be much reduced.
(Balancing the carbs could help get the vibes down to a minimum in the first place.)
