Just thought I would get a bit of advice before splashing out on parts for the bike. My fuel pump has recently sprung a hole in it and I have patched it up temporarily, but it does need replacing so after going round the local bike suppliers to get a price on a replacement, I have been quoted close to £300!! I was looking on Wemoto and they have one for £100. www.wemoto.com/bikes/Yamaha/XJ_600_N_Diversion/98-03/picture/Fuel_Pump/Now considering the difference in price, I was worried that the Wemoto one would not last as long as the genuine one. Has anyone bought one of these and do they know the longevity of them? I do big miles so I need something that is going to last me a while. Thanks.

I have never bought fuel pump from wemoto, but have bought lots of other stuff! I highly recommend using them, have found service excellent, delivery quick and helpful staff for enquiries or problems, hope that helps!

Yeah I have used Wemoto before and their service is very good, but it just seemed a little odd that they can sell a pump for £100 when there are second hand ones on ebay going for £90 plus. I'll order one from there then.

Any low pressure pump should do the job for you, most of them are made by Mitsubishi.
