I've been trying to get the centre stand off, Took off the nut on the outside at each side, And thought the inner bolt would just pop out, but it doesnt, Isnt the easiest to get a socket in aswell with that spring in the road (which i have tried but can't remove) Anyone any suggestions as to how to remove it?

Best way (IMHO) is to "de-activate" the spring first.
Get hold of a load of bits of plastic strip about 1mm thick (cut up some old plastic packaging), put the bike on the stand (so the spring is extended) and slip a strip of plastic between each coil. Then take the bike off the stand and with any luck the spring will be loose on its pivots. You can then remove it or pop the stand bolts out (now they aren't under load) and leave the spring hanging.

brilliant idea, I can get the bike on the stand now tho, as its only the frame and engine! Bit, i'll turn it on its side and do that. Cheers
