Hi there, I have a 97 600N. I changed the clutch cable and now I can not get it adjusted properly. The cable that I replaced was like this tinyurl.com/3ptjjm7The new cable looks like this tinyurl.com/3rleyxqAfter having a read about it seems that the cable I bought is the correct one for the N and as shown the link above, it has a bend at both ends. I have turned the bar end adjuster all the way in but at the engine end of the cable this means the nut closest to the bars has to be as slack as it can get and still requires some force to make it fit to the bracket. I would like the biting point to be a bit closer to the bar as its almost at the end of travel. Hope that makes sense Thanks. Is there a way to re position the arm at the engine end to give some more slack?
