Gordy - can you check on the size of the sea bass as one of our members can get upset if he only gets a small portion ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

La Taverna have been contacted and the news is they can provide a private room for 30 people, and if we get more than that wanting to go they will put us at two big tables close together in the main restaurant. They have an 'All you can eat buffet' for £12.95 and having availed myself of this I can thoroughly recommend it. They have been advised that we are a mature, well behaved group, but I left out telling them of Beebs appetite ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Just to allay fears about the 30 person limit on the private room, the people at La Taverna said that if we have more than 30 they will put us all in the main retaurant at big tables next to each other.

Booked King size room (or bed ?) at Cairngorm guesthouse for Fri/Sat/Sun nights because : 1)It looks like a really nice place to stay 2) It's got really good reviews on TripAdvisor 3) They had space available 4) If Mac's there, he can help me get the bikes off the trailer (*) (if I help him!)
Roger
(*) Trailer not a certainty - but I'm really tempted. Going to check the maths, but the prospect of hours on the M6 is, as usual, not terribly appealing and my van does big miles very easily, even with a trailer behind

But, keeping an open mind, if I do go down the trailer route, you could always meet us en-route ? No firm plans as yet but as the van has 3 seats it makes sense to fill them all. Roger

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to withdraw from this run, due to some very inconsiderate people getting married on this weekend and two more people reaching their 50 th year my wife, informed me only today of the date for both these event,s and that I was expected to attend these wonderful occasions. So if anybody would like the use of my P.A. for the weekend he has booked us a twin room and is looking for a new boss,I MUST STRESS THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR THIS ONE TRIP. ![:'(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cry.png)

1 out of 3, thanks ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) I do Lossie in a day trip from here. Wouldn't be my favourite run but the Chaps will have had a long run up from the South so a reasonable run on a fun road. Run 3 is a good run. My opinion only, I'm sure the visitors will love it as usual. I wasn't a great fan of the Sat Moffat run on JR10 but it went down a treat. Couldn't complete the Sunday run but it was a much better run.
