After clarification from the funeral directors, all those on bikes are actively invited to congregate on Fairway for an 11:30 am departure, for the procession to the church.
So instead of going straight to the church, please do this if you can.
Some specified riders will lead the cars, but you will be following the cars, not leading.
There is a decent length of road at the junction with Meadowside, which is the road leading off the Lutterworth Road, before the houses start. Turn into Meadowside from the Lutterworth Road, then first left onto Fairway. Just inside Fairway park up. Obviously if numbers require it, park further along Fairway if needed.
Please take care not to block residents driveways.
The procession will leave Fairway at 11:30am & go to the Church, with the lead bikes taking what steps are needed but safe to keep the cars in sight & the group together.
Speed will be around 15 miles per hour, no more.
Anyone not wishing to follow can of course still go direct to the church.
Fairway postcode CV11 6NP. I suggest that those meeting up at the MacDonalds choose someone to lead from there to Fairway, & stick together so no one gets left behind.
When we know which way out of Fairway the route will take us, I'll update this post with that detail so you can be facing the right way. (It's likely to be going past the spot on Fairway I've suggested you park up at, back out onto the Lutterworth Road.)
If you have any questions arising from this post, please raise them on the other funeral thread. I'll update this post as required. (If we keep this thread tidy there should be no reason for any confusion to arise or any detail to get lost.)
Martin.

Throughout the week I have been liaising with Adam, Rogers son and Stephanie from Devall & Sons the funeral directors, I can now post the details that we need for tomorrow. The funeral cars will be coming down Golf drive and turn left into Fairway to pull up outside Rogers home. They will then leave traveling along Fairway to turn right onto Meadowside, at the end of Meadowside they will turn right onto the B4114 which is Lutterworth Rd. They will travel on this road until they come to the main roundabout that the Church is situated of. Post code for the church is CV114AZ The outriders will lead the cars as stated at 15mph and once we reach the roundabout the out riders and the cars will enter the church grounds. At this point if you could hold back until the cars have stopped in the car park at the top of the ramp you will be able to see if there is room for you to follow and fit. There is also another car park attached to the church but that may be full of cars of those attending by car. Stephanie thinks that there should be some room. If not can we ask that you find some were to park, I suggest that you look on Google before you go and pick a backup spot to park as the last thing we want is to cause any delay. Bellow is a link for the route you will have to copy and paste it into your browser. www.google.com/maps/dir/26+Fairway,+Nuneaton+CV11+6NP,+UK/52.521554,-1.4634739/@52.5138063,-1.4572276,15z/data=!4m14!4m13!1m10!1m1!1s0x48774e349812d33d:0xa6b267798ad9da65!2m2!1d-1.4317724!2d52.5067101!3m4!1m2!1d-1.4301499!2d52.5050575!3s0x48774fcb2d5d1529:0xf4b550c8f09d585e!1m0!3e0 After the service we will be going back to Whitestone pub CV11 6NF which is in the next road to Rogers home, if you check the pub on Google maps it will come up as The Hayrick in the pictures. Martin and myself will be there early on the day to run the route before the cars arrive, so if you see us on the roads please don`t follow us as we may not be going the way you want. Paul
