... and you should read reply #34 . had he forgotten that he had booked?? ;D No, it's not all about me you know, I had an e-mail saying more cheap rooms had been released, and thought I would check for the benefit of other potential runsters

Breakfast detail sorted, £3.50 full english including T or coffee. will look to depart the Griff house around 8.30am on the sunday for the breakkie run, in case anybody else wants to join us, approx numbers would be appreciated, to minimise waiting time at the cafe. I will 'assume' all overnight lodgers will want the cafe breakfast, unless they say NO... Woger, what time are you going to be at the cafe sunday ? i'd like to come to breakfast even though i'm not staying over sunday. oh and the address / post code of the cafe would be goo too. Regards Flymo

If i'm feeling a little shy can i just turn up for the ride on Sunday? 10:30 depart still? Of course you can, but if you want to come Saturday night you would be made most welcome, we don't leave people sitting in the corner feeling like spare parts - we send them to the bar Dave

yeah Mcdonalds....
and where in the world were you lot... Oh yeah i remeber now living it up round Wodgers...
Brilliant day, hope the weather is as good for the real thing next week ;D
i have a question.... well a few really....
1) has Wodger been taking run route planning lessons off Martin ? 2) did Warwickshire County Council buy out Leicestershire ;D 3) how come our run-meister was at the back at one point ? 4) where is the ice cream van when you need one ?
Think thats all for now ;D
Thjanks Wodger & Naomi for a great day, with some excellent roads, good to see Pooh, and of course the dodgy fellow from down Wantage way.
See you all next week

OK folks.... had a great ride out today, finalising the route and timings...... thanks for the great company to day my intrepid late ride mates..
final milage nearer 160, total !! can do a fuel stop at 70 miles, or 80 miles or 104 miles in !(which 1 suits Doof?)
But hope MOST will arrive with full tank ready to go..and can do the 160.. so any fuel stops will be short and swift with only a few topping up.. if unsure please speak to me at the start..
please read the run rules, the marker system will be in operation. BUT i still need a few volunteers for back marking duties, and who has the hi vis please...
thanks all

Thanks for the day out Oh Run Master ( not forgetting the hot cross buns and coffee )
Some cracking roads with a good mix of twisties and some ' high speed ' sections.
It's a shame I wont be able to make the official run next weekend but this was the next best thing.
Good to be able to meet up with Martin & Andy again also.
Here's to the next one
Pooh.

Well it was jolly warm today . I've asked Woger to knock it down a few degrees for the main event next week . Was pleasantly surprised to see the Pooh mobile on standby outside Woger's when I turned up for my toasted tea cakes & coffee. Much appreciated fare, thanks Woger & Mrs Woger . Sadly we were 9 minutes late starting this morning - Flymo' wasn't ready, helmet not on ready to go. Let's try to be a bit sharper next week, eh, Flymo . Here we are assembled at the first pit-stop: When we got as far East as Blaby I did think about the title of this run . But who cares, eh ? Some good roads for a hoon, if only the run leader would make an effort to keep up with us all ;D. HEALTH & SAFETY MESSAGE: Motorcycling carries risks. The squeamish should look away now: Yes - that horrible scratch on Naomi's mush was caused by low-flying insect crash. Take care, everyone . Looking forward to the main event next weekend. Cheers for the run out today Roger . Handful more pics here: s165.photobucket.com/albums/u42/m40man/WogersWunWoundWarwickshire2-practice/
